Worst Prom Outfit Ever

The dress is a little overboard, this we know. But my concern is who thinks it is ever okay to wear a top hat and bring along a cane to your prom? That guy of course. Curly hair under the cap means chicas know what under the pants. They don’t like braiding that shiat. They just want to make prom love at the Holiday Inn.
